Mr. Giacchetti possesses substantial experience in all phases of trial litigation, from pre-lawsuit investigation through jury verdict. James has tried cases throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He has represented clients in business, intellectual property, fraud, insurance, employment, construction, civil rights, catastrophic injury, criminal, divorce, and other actions.
Mr. Giacchetti received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, James clerked for the Honorable Mary J. Greenwood, Administrative Presiding Justice of the Sixth District Court of Appeal. He was also recognized for his performance in selective Moot Court competitions and received a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.
James completed college at Santa Clara University, where he studied Art History and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Giacchetti utilizes his broad experience and passion for advocacy to achieve exceptional results. James is distinguished as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
